Fearless Girls Club
An award-winning non-profit initiative sparking adventure and curiosity in girls aged 8 to 12.
Fearless Girls Club is on a mission to ignite girl power across the UK, helping girls aged 8 to 12 build confidence, self-esteem and resilience. Through our award-winning after-school clubs, inspiring monthly subscription boxes and engaging workshops we create safe, fun spaces where girls can explore their curiosity, discover their strengths and celebrate their individuality.
The Hope Hub
A support group for teenage girls aged 13—16.
The group is run by youth workers on a voluntary basis and runs purely on charitable donations.
The Hope Hub’s goal is to provide a place to talk about worries and feelings, give the girls an opportunity to meet new like-minded friends and receive support enabling them to feel more confident in the community.
Welcome Works at The Welcome Church
Welcome Works, run by Welcome Church, is a community programme offering practical support to individuals and families across Woking, regardless of background.
It brings together a range of free services including courses on budgeting and life skills, help with finding work, digital support, and access to a community café and grocery.
Their approach is centred on a “hand up, not a handout,” empowering people to build confidence, independence and long-term stability.
There is also tailored support for specific needs, including debt advice, mental wellbeing groups and peer support networks. Overall, Welcome Works provides accessible, wraparound support that connects people into community while helping them move forward positively.
Community Grocery
The Community Grocery is a membership‑based model that allows individuals and families to shop regularly for food at significantly reduced prices.
Members contribute a small weekly amount and, in return, gain access to a wide range of food — helping them save money consistently while retaining choice and independence.

Family centres support families to find solutions to the parenting and relationships challenges they face and to grow in confidence to manage future difficulties. The aim of the family centre is to help families build their own resilience and support network.
Woking Family Centre provides one-to-one family support where family circumstances are having a significant impact on the health, development or wellbeing of the child/ children. Families and practitioners working with families; for example, GPs, health visitors, schools, and early years settings can request support for families who need targeted help.

Cardinals Netball Club is a fantastic example of how sport can support both physical and mental wellbeing.
Being part of a team helps build confidence, resilience and a strong sense of belonging, while also encouraging positive friendships and teamwork.

Woking Blackhawks offer a fantastic opportunity for young people to experience the many benefits of sport, both physically and emotionally.
