Big Buzz 26 – Ticket Terms & Conditions

Thank you for supporting Bee-lieve Foundation and Big Buzz 26. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Event Details

Date: Sunday 6 September 2026

The event includes:

  • Family Fun Zone (10:30am – 1:30pm)
  • Lashings World XI T20 Cricket Match (Arrival 2pm)
  • Pre-Match Hospitality Lunch (Arrival 11.30am)

Admission times vary depending on the ticket purchased.

2. Ticket Prices

Tickets are available to purchase online. Customers who require an invoice, including corporate and hospitality bookings, may instead book by emailing Bee-lieve Foundation directly.

General Cricket Admission

Adult

  • Early Bird: £15
  • From 7 August 2026: £18
  • On the gate (6 September): £20 (cash or card)

Child

  • Early Bird: £4
  • From 7 August 2026: £5
  • On the gate (6 September): £5 (cash or card)

Family Ticket (2 Adults & 2 Children)

  • Early Bird: £34
  • From 7 August 2026: £40
  • On the gate (6 September): £45 (cash or card)

General admission tickets include entry to both the cricket match and the Family Fun Zone.

3. Hospitality Packages

Pre-Match Lunch

Standard Table – £650

  • Table of 10
  • Three-course meal served at the table
  • Half bottle of wine per guest
  • Lunch served 11:30am–1:45pm
  • VIP outdoor seating from 1:45pm
  • Includes cricket match and Family Fun Zone admission

Individual tickets for standard table available at £65

VIP Hosted Table – £800

  • Table of 9
  • Hosted by an international cricketer or celebrity guest (subject to availability)
  • Three-course meal served at the table
  • Half bottle of wine per guest
  • VIP outdoor seating from 1:45pm
  • Includes cricket match and Family Fun Zone admission

Individual tickets for VIP table available at £90

Please note: The pre-match lunch will proceed regardless of weather conditions.

5. Family Fun Zone Only Ticket

£10 per family (purchase online or cash or card on the gate)

Includes entry for parents and children from the same household between 10:30am and 1:30pm.

Please note: This ticket does not include admission to the cricket match.

6. Weather & Refund Policy

For General Admission and Family Fun Zone tickets:

  • If the event is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances before play begins, ticket holders may choose either:
    • a full refund; or
    • to donate the value of their ticket to Bee-lieve Foundation.

If play has started:

  • No refunds will be given if play is abandoned after the start of the 9th over.
  • A 50% refund will be offered if play is abandoned before the start of the 9th over.
  • Any booking or payment processing fees charged at the time of purchase are non-refundable under all circumstances

As Bee-lieve Foundation is a registered charity, all proceeds support our work improving the mental health and emotional wellbeing of young people. If an event is cancelled, we would be extremely grateful if you chose to donate the value of your ticket to help continue this work.

7. Hospitality Weather Policy

The Pre-Match Lunch will take place regardless of weather conditions.

8. Alcohol & Licensing

  • Alcohol may not be brought into the venue.
  • Bag checks may be carried out on entry.
  • Licensed bars will be available throughout the venue.
  • Challenge 25 will operate at all bars.

9. Food & Drink

A range of food and refreshments will be available to purchase throughout the day.

Hospitality will receive catering as detailed within their ticket package.

10. Seating

General Admission tickets do not guarantee reserved seating unless specifically stated.

Hospitality packages include reserved tables and designated VIP seating areas.

11. Hosted VIP Tables

VIP tables include a host from the world of international cricket or a celebrity guest. Whilst every effort will be made to provide the advertised host, appearances are subject to availability and may change without notice.

12. Photography & Filming

Photography and filming will take place throughout the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to images or video that may include you being used by Bee-lieve Foundation and event partners.

13. Right of Admission

The organisers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone whose behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive or likely to impact the enjoyment of other guests.

14. Charity

Bee-lieve Foundation is a registered charity (No. 1193486). Every ticket purchased helps support our work improving the mental health and emotional wellbeing of children and young people.

All ticket sales are subject to availability. Ticket prices, event timings, player appearances and event content may be amended without prior notice where circumstances beyond the organisers’ control make this necessary.
