Terms and Conditions of Booking
Event: Bee-lieve Foundation Emotional Wellbeing for All Conference
Date: Thursday 11 February 2027
Venue: Hoe Valley School, Woking
Time: 9.00am arrival for a 9.30am start – 3.00pm finish
Booking and payment
All bookings must be made through the Bee-lieve Foundation website or an authorised booking link.
School/organisation tickets are £70 per person. When booking a full-price school/organisation ticket, a second school/organisation ticket may be booked at the reduced price of £35 as part of the same booking.
Parent/carer tickets are £25 per person and are not included in the second-ticket offer.
Payment must be received in full to secure your place. Completing the registration form without completing payment does not constitute a confirmed booking.
Cancellations, refunds and transfers
Bookings may be cancelled for a full refund up to and including 12 January 2027, 30 days before the conference.
After this date, tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another attendee at no additional cost. Please notify Bee-lieve Foundation in advance so that we can update the delegate details and any accessibility requirements.
If the conference is postponed or cancelled by Bee-lieve Foundation, delegates will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a rescheduled date.
Programme and speakers
Bee-lieve Foundation reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, speakers or timings where necessary.
Changes to individual speakers, sessions or timings will not normally entitle delegates to a refund.
Delegate information
Delegates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
Names, roles and organisations may be included on a delegate list for use at the conference. Please contact Bee-lieve Foundation if you do not wish your details to be included.
Photography and filming
Photography and filming may take place during the conference and may be used by Bee-lieve Foundation to communicate and promote its charitable work and future events.
If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please let the Bee-lieve team know before the conference or when you arrive.
Data protection
Personal information provided during registration will be processed in accordance with the Bee-lieve Foundation Privacy Policy and used as necessary to administer the conference and communicate with delegates about their booking.
Consent to receive wider Bee-lieve Foundation news, events and updates is separate and optional.
Health, safety and accessibility
Delegates must follow the health and safety guidance of the venue and event organisers.
Please provide details of any dietary, allergy or accessibility requirements when registering so that appropriate arrangements can be made wherever reasonably possible.
Tea, coffee and pastries will be provided. Delegates should bring their own lunch.
Personal belongings and liability
Delegates are responsible for their own personal belongings during the conference.
Bee-lieve Foundation and the event organisers will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
